How do I create an account?
You can create an account by registering here and completing the required business information. Once approved, you’ll gain access to wholesale pricing, special offers, and order management tools.
How do I apply my tax-exempt status?
Currently, Shopify does not allow adding tax-exempt status during account registration. To apply tax-exempt, you can download the ST-3 form from the "Forms" tab in the heading and send the completed form to sales@tristatebeverage.com. Once verified, we will update your account so future purchases are tax-exempt.
What is the minimum quantity to place an order?
Our minimum order is 10 cases per order. For special orders, please contact us directly.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for bulk purchases. The more cases you order, the greater the discount. Contact our sales team at sales@tristatebeverage.com for details on your specific order.
Do you offer payment options for businesses?
Yes! We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and approved business accounts with net terms for wholesale customers.
